4th Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This video is about how a man was searched because he "was in a hurry". This demonstrates the 4th amendment because the 4th amendment gives the people the right to be secure in their belongings. Unreasonable searches should not be allowed. In this video, an innocent man was searched because he was in a rush. His 4th amendment rights were violated and this shows just how bad the police can be.
